Privacy

Space Race Arcade uses the information needed to operate the arcade: your email address for account access, player name, gameplay scores and leaderboard entries, and subscription status. We use this information to provide your account, show rankings, prevent duplicate access, and respond to support requests.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Space Race Arcade does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy. We use Supabase to store account, leaderboard, and subscription-access records.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required to operate the service, comply with law, protect players or our rights, or respond to a valid legal request. You may request account-data help or account deletion by contacting support.

Terms of service

Space Race Arcade is a browser-based skill-game service. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and fairly. Do not attempt to interfere with gameplay, payment systems, leaderboards, or other players’ accounts.

Free players receive three ranked plays and three additional practice plays per game. After those plays are used, that game enters a 24-hour cooldown. A Fuel Pack can unlock one additional ranked play during a cooldown, subject to the limits shown in the arcade. A 24-hour pass gives unlimited play for 24 hours from purchase. An Unlimited subscription gives the account holder unlimited play and ranked attempts while the subscription is active. Game availability, features, and scores may change as the arcade is developed. We may remove leaderboard entries that are fraudulent, automated, abusive, or created through an exploit.

Evolving service

Space Race Arcade is actively developed. We may add, change, balance, replace, remove, or temporarily make unavailable games, visuals, features, scores, leaderboards, Gear Shop items, and other parts of the arcade as we improve the service.

These changes do not remove the paid access promised to an active subscriber during an already-paid billing period. If we make a material change to the price or recurring subscription access, we will provide notice before it takes effect where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Arcade Coins are account-bound digital game credits. Players may earn capped Coin awards from eligible gameplay milestones or buy Coin packs. Coins may be used only for cosmetic items in the Gear Shop, such as avatars, runner suits, visual themes, sound packs, and frames. Cosmetics do not improve scores or provide a competitive advantage. Coins cannot buy attempts, ranked entries, passes, subscriptions, Fuel Packs, money, physical goods, or items outside Space Race Arcade.

Fuel Packs are free gameplay rewards available through eligible Daily Cargo and promotions. They cannot be purchased with Coins or exchanged for Coins. One Fuel Pack may unlock one additional ranked play during a cooldown, subject to the limits shown in the arcade. Arcade Coins, Fuel Packs, and Gear Shop items have no cash value, are not monetary or material prizes, cannot be redeemed for money, and may not be transferred or resold. Daily Cargo may be claimed once per eligible account per day. Purchased cosmetics remain associated with the purchasing account while the applicable feature and account remain available. Balances and items may be corrected when caused by fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or a technical error.

The service is provided for personal entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, Space Race Arcade is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel an Unlimited subscription at any time through the subscription-management link in your Space Race Arcade account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Unlimited access remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. One-time digital purchases, including 24-hour passes and delivered Coin packs, are generally non-refundable after access or the digital items have been provided. We will review refund requests for accidental duplicate charges, technical errors that prevented access or delivery, or other exceptional circumstances. Please contact us promptly with the account email and the date of the charge. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by law.

If a charge looks unfamiliar, contact support before filing a dispute whenever possible so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.
